Safety first

  • Hydrate; skip if feeling ill, pregnant, or with heat-sensitive conditions.
  • Clean seat before/after; respect posted time limits.

Quick Steps

1) Prep (1–2 min)

Drink water, wipe seat, set timer 15–20 min. Light towel on bench.

2) Session (12–18 min)

Relaxed breathing, light stretch; exit early if dizzy. No phones on speaker.

3) Cooldown (2–5 min)

Water, sit/cool, then optional Post-Sauna Reset (8 min).
